CAMS Registration Form

 

The Northeast Hispanic Region is so excited to join you in this journey to acquire your CAMS and/or MIP certification.  This is the next step in achieving your ministerial goals within our denomination.

 

This form will serve as your sign-up for said program.  Once the information has been given to DOE1, you will receive an email from the Church of God which will give you sign on instructions for the courses you will be apart of.

 

Please make sure that your email address and your mailing address are correct when you utilize this form to sign-up for the program you are leaning towards. (Failure to provide accurate information can delay your registration)

 

CAMS COSTS:

CAMS Traditional

• Single: $353

• Married, (1) seeking credential: $383

• Married, both are pursuing credentials: $658

 

Student CAMS

• Single: $165

• Married: $180
